Buying Food for Pet {Needed/Question/Request}

I'm pretty much all setup, few various tweaks here and there, delete this, change that, protected item here, etc... you know how it goes...

But, is there anyway to get it to manually buy food suitable for the pet, just curious...I've had to protect the few food items I had to stop it being sold and have just set up a key, so whilst I'm wandering around, back and forth if I notice the pet health low, I just hit the key (as there is no plug-in for HB or Wow direct, that auto feeds my pet if needed)

Just curious if anybody has come across this and/or a work-around for it?

also, they are removing happiness from pets next patch.. so yeah
