well rmah is decided alone on what personal info is in you bnet account, so if you want to use us rmah, you need a US address and most likely a US credit card to validate - I'm not sure on how to play the US RMAH from EU, but someone on the forum might. No you can't change to english with ru keys, at least not that I know of.

I remember someone said you can buy a digital copy directly from blizzard with paypal, and then if they ban you within 30 days, just file a chargeback because they took your game away. So this kinda gives you a 30 day cushion.

Paypal accounts lets you set up 7 addition emails, just add a new email account, make it primary email, use it to purchase digital blizzard copy. Problem solved, blizzard sees you as a new person/email.

It's an interesting thought but would there not be some sort of account number associated with the account rather than just an email account. I'd dare say Blizzard would have info on both. Considering paypal is free why not just make a new account under the same name?
