I use Markee Dragon for all my account sellings. Just stick with extremely repped members, and you'll be safe. Buying is cheap, and selling can be big for income.

buyn accounts is expensive, try and get a lvl 80 account, and ask companies for PL for DK's. I think thats cheaper..

buying is very cheap actually
you get some decent gear already in most cases + you dont need to buy any cd-keys
