Buyed 3 Session, not Activated

Hey, i send u 2 E-mails... for 2 days... Ive bought 3 Sessions Elite but its not activated... i have tested with my Email and Passwort the Key it doesnt work... it says invaild login ive bought honorbuddy last year it was not with the new system... hoping that u answear here i want to lelvel my fkn toons
