Regarding my previous thread which was locked, and tony/hawker i'm unable to send you a private message for some reason-

I get this message when I log into GB shop which I recently changed my password on.
"Buy GB 25 EUR"
I don't know why it's telling me to buy Gatherbuddy when I alrdy paid for HB.

And I still don't know how to "Ask it on the shop" I can't find a "Contact Us" button or "Send us a message" unless it's in German which I can't read.

Sorry for starting a new thread but I am unable to contact you guys through a private message.
 
There is an unpaid invoice in your basket perhaps.

BTW your previous thread is not locked. I'm not sure why you are having such issues.

ok you paid for HB x1 session. you cannot run gb off of a hb session. you can run gb off of a gb session. or gb &/or hb off of a gb lifetime

HB x1 15€ = 1 year x1 acct (HB)
HB x5 Raf 40€ = 1 year x5 acct (HB)
GB x1 25€ = 1 month x1 acct (GB) + 5e/mon subscription
GB Lifetime x1 80€ = Unlimited (as long as GB exists) x3 logins to buddy products (HB &/or GB)

you have a few options as of this point:

try hb for 30 days. dont like it? money back

try hb for 30 days (or less), LOVE IT, upgrade to GB lifetime or HB RaF for discount [80€-(paid amount)] (i believe - dont take my word on this - its at bosslands discretion!)

GB is best used at 80. it will take you ~2 weeks to hit 80 from 1-80 using HB around the clock

mods please correct me if any of this is untrue.

Okay, I understand that.

Except I'm not trying to run GB. I'm trying to run Honorbuddy with the HB session I purchased though.
 
oh LOL. so you're trying to log into HB and its giving you "buy GB 25€"

ohhhhh. check your cart and verify its empty as hawker stated
 
maybe it's the fact I click "GB.profiles Login"

Anyway ughhh what was the point of me clicking that in the first place...

Still getting the BS "Auth failed."

Idk what the fuck caused this to happen after I was running fine for a few hours...

ok just hold on...

try: hbauth.gatherbuddy.de

username: DeadlyForce
password: whatever your pw is

hit OK

this should log you into the GB profiles, if you can get into that, then your bot (hb) should work fine, even if it gives you the buy 25€ thing :)
 
ok, now close that window out. start wow up and get ur toon logged in, start up HB, login with the same information:

username: DeadlyForce
password: whatever your pw is

if you get "too many sessions" kill HB and wait a minute, then restart HB and login again

if it gives you "buy gb 25e" ... double check that in http://shop.gatherbuddy.de you have nothing in your cart -- click the "all invoices" button and make sure it says 0.00 balance. if theres something there, click it and delete it

Still Auth Failed when I enter the exact info (paying attention to caps exactly)

It HAS to be a firewall or proxy I guess. From my knowledge those are disabled.

I have Norton 360 installed but It won't let me uninstall or even run it for some reason. Can't check the
status on that. As for proxies I don't use any. I have something called Proxy Firewall but it's not running. Anyway I'll uninstall it.
 
in norton 360, go to programs section, add honorbuddy as protected/authorized/etc to be ran and access to internet = true
 
The program won't load, uninstall or anything. I'm gunna try to just delete it off the program file in my drive.

No I mean I can't even load Norton 360. It won't respond to any uninstall, it won't load to the smallest degree of loading. I can just click it and it won't do anything. I deleted it off my harddrive. It's gone, hopefully. I can't edit any settings or anything it just won't even load.
 
oh..ok then, we can do this :)

control panel -->
add/remove programs (xp) or vista/win7 programs and features

find norton products

uninstall :)

if this doesn't work, go to safe mode!

safe mode: turn off computer

turn on computer, spam "f8 key" its above the 8 key

safe mode w/ networking (yes)

login, then do the above said steps
 
Okay, Norton is gone, so is all other anti virus or proxy firewall or anything along those lines. I tried to login still Auth Failed.
