Buy a DB key 3 days ago and get this error everytime

Hi,

Im just bought the key 3 days ago but im unable to make it work, i get this error all times:

Error while initializing memorySystem.Exception: Could not successfully set up_synchronization_events!

You need to post a full log to receive support, You may have to zip it up.

Hi,

Yes both are running in admin mode, antivirus is disabled, and remove nvidia experience and curse voice and get the same error.
