I don't have any logs for this but it is easy to replicate.

My auto loot works fine. But it will not loot the leather from the butchering skill if the beast also had a regular loot drops.

For beat with no loot drops and only getting butchered then it is all good. Problem is only if the beast also has loot. No idea why as auto loot works fine in game otherwise.

Hope you can find a fix for this!

Do you mean that it butchers, but the loot box just sits there uncollected?

If so, it does actually collect, its just the rift UI hasn't realized the leather's been looted yet. Soon as the skinning action is completed, the leather shoots down to your bag (keep the bags open and watch the stack count go up), despite the fact it looks like it hasn't been looted after butchering.

If its something else entirely, please ignore me :p

This beast had regular loot and when it tried to gather from it the window with the leather poped up but for some reason the ingame autoloot does not work... if I click the take all it loot fine.

Now in this case it killed a Savage Marchwolf and a Marchwolf. Marchwolf had regular loot. Bot looted it fine, window came up, ingame auto loot worked. Next it tried to gather from the Marchwolf. Gathering loot window comes up but ingame auto loot does not kick in, I have to manually click take all. Then it goes on to gather from the Savage Marchwolf (which did not drop any regular loot), the gathering loot window comes up, and this time the ingame autoloot works just fine...

Best ways I can describe it with logs :D

Well that was my initial thought. I also noticed loot shooting down to the mini bags but I am 100% that it is the loot from the regular drop that "shoots" down just as the gathering window pops.

Please watch your leather counts, they don't go up on those loots... ?

You're right. It doesn't actually loot all the time, I must have been lucky the few times I watched it.

The leather icon goes to the bag, but the actual leather does not.

double check it papatoast. The icon you see going in the bag is not the leather, but the initial fur from the regular loot, it just happens to display it right when the gathering loot window is up.

I think a simple fix would be to make the delay between looting and gathering longer so the windows dont bug out

I have the same problem looting the leather. In fact this is the only problem I have with the bot. Please fix it asap thanks.

Try to have a longer delay between the regular looting and the butchering, I am sure this would fix our issue ;) Thanks for looking into this Hawker

mine just started doing the same thing also :()

***EDIT***

Changed Profiles moved on to the next one "Had turned butchering off for that path" No Problems with new path, Scarlet Gorge was the only place i had this problem ;)

I started noticing this issue when i moved to the south telara profile but it might have been happening before this. It is missing about 20% or so of the butchering loot because of this. I attached a log but if any more info is needed i will help anyway i can.

It seems to be lag related. I've seen it work the majority of the time, then manually require clicking loot on some occasions. Since my computer and script logic didn't change between those two times it stands to reason it could only be lag related. Maybe a slightly longer pause between looting and butchering would fix it.

Edit: Actually, now that I'm paying more attention I see what you mean. When the mob had normal loot it would do the normal loot, then it would butcher, the window would pop up, the hide icon would go to a backpack, but the hide stack count wouldn't go up. (It wasn't actually getting the hide). I still think a longer pause might fix that though.

Exactly which also leads me to think that it is lag related and only needs a longer delay :P

I've tested this again. I have 1 toon botting and butchering. I have another toon on follow checking if there is anything left it can butcher. There isn't - I'm not seeing any lootables left behind.

Next time it happens go back and try butchering again and see what happens.

Hawker, try checking your bags as your butchering toon is going. When there is regular loot he wont loot the skinned loot.

The toon following will never get to butcher anything.

Here is how it goes, it loots the regular loot, then butchers. The butchering window comes up but it does not hit take all, so the bot keeps on moving and killing and once you get out of range of the corpse the butchering window closes and clears the butchering on that body, even if you didn't end up looting it.

As long as the gathering window came up, wether you loot it or not, it is considered skinned and will decay. That's why the guys following never had a chance to see anything left behind.

Thanks for looking into this Hawker.

I have checked the bags and the hides are piling up. But I will look at the code again.
