Built in Morpher for HB？?

I found a software called EWT to morph with 32bit wow, but I don't know whether Hb and EWT will open at the same time conflict and confusion, because every time after EWT attach seems to enable some other functions such as “anti AFK” and so on.

As far as I know it does conflict with HB, couldn't find it in the list below though. I'm pretty sure I've read somewhere that Tmorph and similar things conflict with HB.
