[Build] Tempest Rush Monk, Gearing, Build, and Setting guide

I get alot of crashes/stucks on TR Monster 4 profile.

BTW i replaced 200 Vit Skorn with Rare 2H with Dex, Vit, Crit, Socket and Life steal. Was about few millions, lost about 10-15k dps but hell at least got life steal and better survavibility. Got a little better scores now :)

Because every third or so game it has trouble interacting with the portal between Stonefort and Skycrown and the inactivity timer trips so it restarts. This is probably dragging down my GPH quite a lot.

It's somewhere in the 160k-180k range.

You misunderstand. The sole reason everyone recommends setting Tempest Rush to "movement only" is because with too high of TPS, the way the Trinity routine is coded causes a D/C (it basically moves back and forth on each enemy 30 times/second, more than the D3 servers will allow), and not killing with Tempest Rush defeats the whole purpose. It should be set to either "Trash mobs + movement", or if your DPS is good enough to almost instantly kill champ packs, "Always".

I suggested avoid AOE because he mentioned he was dying. That's almost definitely why. If your gear is good enough that you have 0 deaths while still 1-hitting everything then sure, turn it off.

Bot keeps getting stuck in Arreat Crater Level 2 for some reason, anyone else experiencing this? i've had to decrease Goldinactivity timer for it not to sit around there for several minutes.. it some times also get stuck trying to go to the Skycrown from Stonefort

and sometimes even potal teleporters.
 
Just a quick question! i realise this might not be the right thread but anyway, my bot dosent use TR when just plain running, just when hes got a goal, like loot or trash. How do i solve this? I have Movement + Trash selected in trinity.
 
this profile will not work with RiXXs YAR, even with kickstart. Anyone have an idea on how to fix it?
 
Hi! thanks for this great build! could you guys tell me wich are the best filters for loot settings? levels and scores actually plz? (dont mind if they are a little bit strict)

PD: Isnt wave of light consuming to much spirit for TR build? just asking :p
 
Cast tempest rush

Hello, sorry for my english I'm using translator.
I followed all steps, but my monk dont use correct skill tempest rush, all time cast the skill and my spirit down very fast. I have 13 points of regeneration spirit.
What is the problem ?

Use the exact settings from the mainpost (in the pictures)

Sidenote:
My best Bot runs at 850-950 gph 900-1000 iph and between 1 and 2 lph
That is with Para 100, 170k dps and on mp0
 
Getting some usual stucks and gold timer kicks on / leave game.. are you still updating this??
 
Love this build. However, D3 locks up on my computer any time I try to run it. (Core I7/8 Gig Ram/Nvidia GT650M). "Grid Segmentation Resetting" + the massive speed of this build seems to send my machine on strike.
 
I think he means the portal-stuck resulting from monks circling around the door too fast, not being able to click it.
 
How do you stop your char from "pausing/stopping" briefly (.5 secs) each time they stop using TR? (I use TR for movement only....is that stupid?)

make sure to check the "always in foreground" option in the bot-options
