Build 848 worked build 849 fails on all profiles

When trying to run the Buddy Questing Profile Pack 1-110 Legion profiles (or any of the Draenor profiles) from the Buddy Store or SVN versions the bot does absolutely nothing with build 849. It's been working (although very clumsy) with 848.

I'm seeing the same thing with fresh installs on two different machines.
