Build 399 Problem

is Build 400 supposed to be working? i need to revert back to 397 again, twice today :/

Well it was supposed to be working but it s not. I m using 397 for now which also has issues but it s usable for me.

Yes , and it uses unstuck handler without need all the time. Useitem does not work either.
