I fixed the default attacks in the next Trinity - I don't think you had enough hatred to fire an elemental arrow. For me it now fires default attacks (tested using both 1h and 2h crossbows/bows).

did you try with caltrops? I only have issue at combination with caltrops. I think i had enough hatred otherwise the skill would go black/white on the video. Could be some issue with the minimum reserved number in the abilities? BTW elemental arrow is not default attack, i am not sure what you meant by that
