I realized its still in beta, etc. but as I was configuring the bot I found a few things that confused me things which caused an error and thought i'd share.

1. If you have a portal gem, make sure its on your cast bar, the bot will get in a loop if you don't. I did not try not having one equipped, i'll check that later.
2. Loot Filters are a bit confusing, needed to separate them out a bit to make them easier to use.
3. Loot proximity seems a bit off, in many cases it'll run around killing stuff and not loot anything for a while, it will eventually get them but it runs around wacky for a while before it does.
4. Errors on Inventory Explorer, Map Visualizer, mostly related to memory address, etc.
5. If your session crashes /etc it thinks its still running and does not log you out and you need to log into the auth site to kill your session.

Not sure the proper way to report these, or if there is a known issues log somewhere.

Here are a couple errors i've been seeing in the log, not sure how you'd like to report them, but

It also seems to get really sluggish when it does a

Pathfinder is forcing a pathfinding data reset. We found new objects with Hulls!

About 3: Set Combat to around 40-60 and loot at 80-100

1) Fixing that now, should switch the skill slot in the next build.
2) Loot filters are being changed a bit. They'll be more robust, and the UI will be easier to use once we change it.
3) The default values for combat, and loot ranges are going to be fine for most users. However, depending on your class/build, you may need to tweak them. I typically find that a combat range of 50, and loot range of 100 will solve most of the problems with it running around and going "back" for item pickups. (You can modify both of those settings from the grind bot config UI)
4) I'm looking into these as we speak. It's not recommended to use the Map Visualizer while the bot is running, due to how things work memory wise. Inventory Explorer is much the same way. I'll have them solved soon.
5) What type of crash? If it is a hard crash to desktop, or similar, there's no way for us to automatically log the session out (as the program will never execute the "closing" code).

Thanks Apoc, in terms of the crash, the process crashed when poe unexpectedly shut down. its not a big deal, i just logged into the website and killed it manually. Things seem to be a bit smoother since this last patch, less errors overall, still a bit sluggish but it seems to be functioning.

Found a bug, too.

Sometimes if special drop points are opened, the bot seems to stand still for a long time and walks two feets up and down. I figured out that this problem is gone if you press and hold "ALT" key so that the bot could mark and pickup the item that dropped. Then the bot will continue doing his work.

Could you please fix that issue? ...i think it's one of the reasons where the detection is coming from. Because all bots acting strange like that i think...

best regards

I have an issue using the map viewer, either it crashes or doesn't show the map (its working on town)

edit: Idk about the crash, but when it opens, it shows only a grey background which i can't drag to move, i have resize the window do make it huge so i can see the black borders of the actual map and drag it to center

Found out that the stuttering bug only appears on Golden Items ...exile buddy cannot pick them up! ...needs a hotfix :S

Found a solution: In the Options of the game: deselect -> " Key Pickup "

then it works without holding ALT key down.

best regards
