Bugged Quest on my server how to ?

i'm using Kicks profile and its rocks really !!

but i have a little problem on my server its seems that a quest is bugged how can i passed this quest to continue please ??

in that case open the profile with a text editor(i suggest you to use notepad++) and remove the quest
