Bugged or Invalid plugin key O.o

Alright I bought (by accident) two plugin keys and I've only tested one of them so far, I got it sent by e-mail and tried it on HonorBuddy latest version, after 15-20 seconds the bot refuses to continue and says "Trial session over".. first I had 1/3 sessions, second time it went to 2/3 sessions and I haven't even used honorbuddy for more than a minute >_>

And I paid for these keys :s, I'm scared to try the other key so I will not do that yet.. anyone know how to fix this issue?

My e-mail ONLY contained an plugin key, no account information so I am using the default "test/xxxx" along with my plugin key..

I registered at the shop but cannot find a way to link plugin key to the account -_-

there is no need to link they key to your acc(you only need to paste it on key tab)

what i mean above is to make sure that you are trying to log on the bot with the correct login info

Yes I am copying it exactly from the e-mail, and no whitespaces at end or begin.

and tell me how many sessions you can see and if there are sessions in use(if yes,kill them)

There's nothing linked to that account, my key was purchased from the website honorbuddy.com and I got the plugin key e-mailed to me, without any user/password but when I sign up with my registered user account arnort1 (on buddyauth) it says I have no sessions available/i have no products..
