Bug with GlobalSettings.xml -> Window settings will reset back to -32000

<WindowLeft>-32000</WindowLeft>
<WindowTop>-32000</WindowTop>

^The above will send the DemonBuddy to negative time and space. It will never appear correctly on the desktop.
