The Gem Level plugin has some known issues due to the way it's setup. Right now it's provided as something that sort of works, but has issues.

Try restarting the bot, then uncheck and recheck all the check boxes for the skill gems and the plugin itself.

If you change skill gems, you probably want to do the same again.

all I have to do it open bot, click plugin open, reload gems, close, and then start and it works perfectly. I never uncheck and recheck all the gems anymore. Takes me about 10 seconds to do that
