Bug preventing me from opening

When I open up honorbuddy, I am greeted with this error report:

Could not load file or assembly 'fasmdll_managed.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.

Neither of these helped me, still getting the same error

download and install both of these.
Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

once your done restart your pc.
