When i lanch my account with ur software, a message come for say me "gfexperience.exe" stopped working".

I start with compatibility windows 7 end administrator.

Check .NET 4.6.1, check that no antiviruses firewalls blocks AB (configure or deinstall them).
Do not launch it with compatibility mode. Only administrator access required.
And give more info about your problem:
Your OS? Check windows logs and find crash error and copy it here.

I was check then, anf today i have a new message...

Hi. You try to launch Europe version? There was update today, and AB will be updated after AA North American servers will be updated also.
If after North American maintenance you still will get any AB crashes - pm me.

My first problem... I have do an other download, i'm in administrator access, no launch it with compatibility mode, windows 10, and and I disabled my antivirus.

No, it was in my second hard disque in my computer
