Yes, they moved the download but it's still easily found. The link for ".NET 4 Framework" is a suggestion on the the result page from the broken link. Here is an updated link

I have two simple questions.
1. Is the latest version of Buddywing found at "BOT DOWNLOADS" at the top of this page?
2. Is there a simple download button for the latest profiles for "WingIt" and "Kick's BW Profiles"?

so let me see if i understand this so far... in order to use combat routines do i load them as my profile i wish to run? just curious since i am new to this bot, i am used to using hb. that way i can run around and do the quest myself and the bot do the routine?

yeah you can do that with for example pureswtor
when you install the bot there is a routine folder where you can put the routines. with a fresh install there is an outdated but somehow working "defaultcombat" routine. if you wish you can add pureswtor to that. load an empty profile (CombatBot.xml for example), under settings you select "pure rotation" and klick start. the bot will to the rotation and you keep full movement and interrupts and stuff

at the time the manual was written it was accurate.
