Buddystore wont let me add any archebuddy products

I am trying to add buddystore products to my archebuddy but I keep getting the following error.

Trial failed. You don't own an active key for Archebuddy in your buddyauth account. Please make sure you are using the buddyauth account that your keys are bound to.

I have checked the buddyauth page and my archebuddy key is active. ( as well as my old inactive one. ) what else can I do to solve this issue?
