I submitted a ticket to them a few days ago and after the usual back and forth they've just replied asking me for my password.
Is this for real? I thought customer support never asks for that sort of thing?
Basically I'm asking to make sure its legit and needed. Still can't imagine why a system that doesn't require such personal info wasn't implemented but I guess it is what it is. I know I've provided my email to a site I assumed was safe and after years spam free my personal email gets tons of spam from some scumbag.
Anyhow, has anyone been asked for their pw? I figured I'd might as well ask here before I hand it out. In that case safe much > sorry.
