I downloaded a HB update today and found a new plugin called buddy monitor. I've searched the forums and other online forums and can't find any info on how to use this. I was wondering if anyone out there could clue me in because it seems like something I would like to start using as soon as possible. Thanks.
 
I would like to know as well. My instinct tells me that it's a monitoring plugin built right in to HB now, which potentially can be used to view (or even stop/start) your bot's progress from a remote system, such as an iPhone perhaps?? Just a guess.
 
Well, Buddy Monitor only gave me problems.
I tried to update HB but it didn't worked (stucked in the cmd box, and nothing happened), and then I downloaded it and installed it on another location but when I start the new HB, it loads and a message in the box tells me:

"[BuddyMonitor] ] You have enabled BuddyMonitor but haven't entered your API key or your identifier yet! Open the configuration, set the values and restart HonorBuddy."

And even if I start the bot, it doesn't work and this message pop every 3 seconds in the box. Am I the only one who have such troubles with the new version ?
 
Any moderators care to chime in? I think many of us are excited about what this could be. I'm hoping for an iPhone app.
 
All it is is just a monitoring plugin like Buddycon.
 
I'm hoping that it is an app so I can monitor my toon remotely. That would be my dream!
