Buddyauth

Hello
I bought a 2. Key for HB today so now i want to use the buddyauth.com portal
i registered with the paypal email i used in the shop
but there cam no confirmation email so i'm not able to login
when i do a password recovery, i get a new one but it says "wrong username or password"

the keys still work when i copy them to the hb login

I've mailed now a few times but the problem still exists.
I registered and there was no CONFIRMATION-Mail
When i request a new password, i get one via mail, but when i use that one to log in it says:

Login was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again.
