BuddyAuth - Can't Login

I'm not able to login to the BuddyAuth Portal, I request a new password for my email, and when I try to login with that password it keeps saying it is wrong, there are no spaces or other characters that are copied so its not a typo problem, I even tried to not copy paste and just write those characters by myself, tried on 3 different browsers still no luck.
