BuddyAuth acting weird

I just purchased Demonbuddy and tried to access the BuddyAuth. It Locked me out because of to many failed attempts to log in but here's the kicker. I went to reset my password and I typed in my email, it said that my email wasn't registered. Though I got the receipt for my purchase on that email? How does that work? Now I can't use Demonbuddy after purchasing it.
