I would not judge the Buddy team off of this one bot. HonorBuddy is by far fricken awesome. I still use it every day.
SWTOR is one of the, if not the hardest game to bot. To bot in background mode that is.

I agree BW makes me wanna pull my hair out sometimes. But the Buddy Team is still awesome in my book.

Yes and I looked at all logs and have still no clue about, whats wrong.

don't buy it yet.it's not worth it. even the most basic things required from a payed bot aren't good enough.
use the free pixel bots for now, BW is worthless and just a waste of money.

The game is now going F2P this fall, which means a pretty big potential influx of new subscriptions for BW. Perhaps the devs should actually start putting some real effort back into its development again.

This. It is not that hard to post a few lines of text to tell us what is going on with some clarity. A little common courtesy would go a long way with the community at this point as frustration is certainly setting in for most of us.

It's not a secret that we've been working on improving the space bot the past time, and it's our primary focus. We're a small team, not some big corporate company that has manpower aplenty, so things do take time. After the space mission bot works properly, we'll see what the focus will be, I can't promise anything yet.

How's the space mission bot coming along for the dev team? How much longer till it'll be afkable?

It's been soo sooo soooo long since we had any relevant information on this bot and its updates, not to mention any updates. I think they prob scraped it sure seems that way....

Thanks for the response Aevitas, much appreciated. I think the problem is when you guys release a new bot, if the customer has used HB you have set the bar quite high for everything else you do, its a fantastic product. I have used it for years. I for one assumed all your bots would be as good as HB, maybe not as feature rich - but with solid stable performance. In the last few weeks I bought both BW and TL and have been disappointed with both based on my experience with HB. I'll be patient and wait for the updates and I understand you don't have a massive staff roster. As far as BW goes - Would more people rather have combat and basic function working correctly over space bot? There are free products out there already that do space missions for free, and well.

Yeah, it had been a good few hours since my previous reply at the time of your posting, that's a hell of a time span.

I know what you're getting at; although at this point the combat being clunky is down to the combat class, not BuddyWing itself. I know it's all the same to you, but we simply don't have the custom classes in our control.

That already works and has been for quite a while, there's a sticky guide somewhere in the forum; search for it. Hint: It's about using BW with InnerSpace and Kick wrote it.

You know the error I'm talking about mate. You also know that you were unable to fix it, that there's been a topic in the support section that has never seen any "official" attention and that the problem has been there since launch and hasn't changed since.
Sure I'd love to talk to you on Skype if I thought that would bring a solution but I'm quite sure the problem lies deeper than can be solved during a Skype session.

Yeah... When you've got someone like CJ basically breaking it down like this: (http://www.thebuddyforum.com/buddy-...2620-targeting-casting-slow-3.html#post655470)... It seems fairly pointed to me.

Bottom line... The problem exists... Everyone is being impacted by it... It is impacting the bot negatively... Saying "it isn't our problem" doesn't do anyone any good *regardless* of where the actual problem may be.

Everytime I have the attach issue. I open the wingit folder, delete the contents and use update svn to fix it.

Sure seems like a Wingit issue to me.
