Buddy Wing is not working for me

today i bought buddy wing for leveling and space missions but theres problem because this bot is not working. i opened my game and bot after it then selected proper profile and clicked on start but my character didnt move even one step.

i say same thing for space missions.

what must i do? refund or wait?

sorry i have logs disabled,
i am not asking for help anyway,
i was just pointing where the issue may come from.

mine is working now again,
(same installation, same char, same profile, just 4 hours later)
so a nav server issue (which is common) seems reasonable...
