Buddy will not start

I would like to run Buddy on my 2nd PC and it will not start or attach, the first PC runs without Problems.

On this PC nothing works.....i've 3 Licences

Admin, 32bit WoW, Dx9, Windowmode.....Looks everything like on my other PC......only different is Windows 8.1 64bit on this PC, and on the working on Windows 7 64bit

On my first PC Buddy won't Launch wow at starting....at my 2nd pc Buddy everytime trys to start wow again after launching.

It is running in 32bit known as x86

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.

Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.

after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy by right clicking "honorbuddy.exe" and clicking "Run as Administrator"

My WoW is running in 32bit (x86), like i see on the left side by logging in. Everything, like in the video....i'm just new in HB but not with PCs.

Later I'll try a new Installation. Yesterday i installed HB the first time on my 2nd PC, so it should be clean....but i'll try again.

In a frew hours i'll tell if it works.

do you have any of the programs listed here Help Desk - Page 3 installed?

i think Razer Synapse 2.0 was installed by my mouse yesterday, i'll check this when i'm at home....maybe that's the reason.
