I am trying to get my hands on some profiles for doing quests, and it turns out most of stuff on forum is old and dead. Eveary link I tryed is broken. Can somebody upload some profiles for doing quests on republic side.
I am sorry for my rusty English. Regards

It looks like this, yes. The only thing it can do at the moment is do the combat for you. It doesn't do quests (on opposite to what the website states) because there are no updated profiles to do so. Kicks are bugged, and he has deleted them anyway.

Hey for all of you complaining, BuddyWing is actually advertised as:

Automates daily quests for you, Jedi and Empire
Especially dailies on Ilum and Belsavis
Buddy Wing can be used to open chests
Buddy Wing is good for leveling 1 - 50
Works with Windows XP - W10
Easy to setup

Notice the daily quests part which this bot does, i use the daily quests myself using buddywing profiles and they work perfectly fine. It did not state normal quests... If you look carefully and actually take the time to do some research on these profiles then you'd realise that this bot works as advertised. Take Mizzle's grind pack for example, it's exceptional for levelling 1-50. Another example is the Dotbydot Daily quests profile, these work quite well despite being 3 years old. As a suggestion, how about you try to help by writing your own profiles and sharing instead if complaining like you guys. Not every link is broken ill give you this github link which has all the profiles I use (Mostly Empire). I downloaded all of these direct from this forum.

I was merely saying that more work needs to be done. Honorbuddy comes with leveling profiles out of the box, Demonbuddy comes with leveling profiles out of the box. I can't see why BuddyWing should be an exception. There's literally zero sense in making your customers to do the research by themselves when you advertise it "Buddy Wing is good for leveling 1 - 50". What if there weren't any community developers that making those profiles? Why should the costumers do the profiles by themsevles, when you say the bot is able to do 1-50, regardless? Not everyone understands how these things work. Do you really need a better explanation that you are paying a good amount of money for outdated profiles (as you stated, from 2012, that's literally 4 years ago).

Nevertheless, thank you for sharing your research. It should be okay for now.

Thank you Kaffee for offer but I am fine with default combat modes so far. Shame not only quests dont work, but dailys dont work either...
@jtjono Thank you for profiles you shared, I will check em out later :)

No hard feelings dude, just wanted to show that this bot ain't dead and still functions as it should.

Btw I was just setting up grind profile and it turns out, all credit cases that my char pick up with slicing crew skill it dont use them, just store them in inventory. Is there some way to make char actualy use credit cases from inventory once he gather them?

Thank you

Yes I do - "Use Lockboxes" it is default one that I got with program. But it doesnt open :/

It works, I am sorry, didnt notice it opens them out of combat afther few seconds! :)

It is ok mate, I got augmented gear on me allready. I have one more question:

- When I open Buddywing program under tab "Settings" there is field called "Sell Item Quality" and it turns out I can select only one type of items to be sold. Is there way I edit some field somehow to add another type to be sold allso?

Maybe this one : Settings/(character name)/BuddyWingSettings.xml/<SellItemAtLeastQuality>Premium</SellItemAtLeastQuality> ? Can I add here other types of items and how I do it?

<SellItemAtLeastQuality>Premium</SellItemAtLeastQuality>

I know item types mate, my question is how I add more types of items to list for sale?
As we can see my char is set to sell Premium items. How do I write another line and add another type of item to be sold?

Not sure do you understand my question...

Example :

<SellItemAtLeastQuality>Premium</SellItemAtLeastQuality> - we can see that character i set to sell only Premium items.

Question:

Can I add more type of items in that same line and how I properly do it? - >Cheap< ; >Standard< ... etc.

Like i Said, they are already in the GUI. Seems in your case it only shows one. I have to check at home, what my BW does.
If its a bug, ill report it to Aevitas. For now you can only set it manually through the settings.xml.

Heheh guess u didnt understand me mate, or it is about my poor selection of words.
Option in program works and I can see all item types. My "problem" is - I can select program only to sell ONE type of items. And I want it to sell two or more types of item from my inventory. Is there any way to add more command lines to settings and make it sell more than one as it shows in buddy wing program? :)

Lol, sorry. Its currently programmed to sell what you select and everything below that item type.
You cant add item types as they are 'hardcoded' in the GUI or add more options and there are no other 'flavours' in this.
If you suggest a better selling system, i advice you to go to github @ https://github.com/BosslandGmbH/BuddyWing/issues and add your issue.

Both Honorbuddy and Demonbuddy have many times the users BuddyWing has. We initially wrote questing profiles for the bot, for level 1-50, but those are currently outdated. However, there are a bunch of people still contributing profiles as mentioned in a post above that allow you to use the bot to level, be it with the grind bot, and not the quest bot.
