Different Laws, same world. We are living in a world that values controlling copyrights more than protecting customers. US, Germany, UK, doesn't matter. Some of the most liberal places are succumbing to draconian Copyright and Privacy changes.

I wish HB the best luck in their suit, but I don't really have any hope of seeing it come out any other way than having to shutdown. Glider seemed to have a fairly strong case at points too, but they basically lost every fight they went into. Granted there were a few small victories here and there, but they were meaningless in the end.
