Buddy Store

Lost my username/pass for the hb store. still got my keys and can access this forum just fine. think i changed it slightly to log into the store. attempted to contact customer services. What a waste of time.
all i wanted was access to the store with my keys that are already linked to my account. I sent paypal details of the purchase and tried searching my emails for some transaction ID thing but I couldn't see anything.
I really needed to get Enyo to go with my TaunHa routines I have had for the past year!

Help please!!

first off, your www.thebuddyforum.com account is completely diffrent and has nothing to do with your Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal account.

your buddyauth account should have your keys listed, if they are from there you can log into the store and buy products to link with your key.


if you NEVER have, register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same e-mail you used during checkout, from there you should be able to view your keys.

if not then your going to have to contact support to get your keys linked to whatever buddyauth account your using.

Support is useless and rude. Asked for some guidance on where to ask for the id thing they were asking for and I could find my PayPal transaction email and wasn't sure why that wasn't enough proof the key is mine and they couldn't help me. I made the store account in a rush and forgot to write down the details. I paid a lot of money to just throw the keys away. Instead of helping me they just closed the ticket.

P.s you have a typo in your sig "wod conent"
