Buddy Store Profiles not working

Some of the Buddy Store Profiles aren't working like the Questing profiles. Is anyone having issues with these types of profiles and other profiles on the buddy store?

yup I am having some issues with them as well. I have a toon that just sits there after loading up Kicks [A - Quest] EK 12-58 [Kick]. Level 27. Also on the SMV I have a lvl 92 that just stands there.

The 1-12 seems to work ok so far.
