Buddy store issue.

I am trying to install ENYO, however everytime I click "obtain for free" I get this message

"Purchase failed. You don't own a key for Honorbuddy in your buddyauth account. Please make sure you are using the buddyauth account that your keys are bound to."

I am logged in and using HB and my key is valid.

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

when you go there and log in with your buddyauth account is your key listed?

if not then thats why.

chances are you registered with the wrong e-mail if you had registered with the same e-mail you used during checkout your key should be listed in that buddyauth account.
