Hi,

I made some purchases on the Buddy Store, but when I lauch my HB,
there's nothing.

I tried a new installation of HB, same thing.

I think maybe my Honorbuddy account doesn't link to my Key ?

I've the same email between forum & buddyauth.

Then you should use our support forum, more specific the link provided for issues in your store orders.
 
Hey !

I found where's my problem ! I've 2 account, and the account who i made purchase on the Buddy Store is not the good, this account doesn't have a HB key.

I tried with the good account etc and it's good, now routines & co work fine.

But i've a big problem with routines from Millz & Mirabis, I can't ask a new key "claim" for the migration, can you do anithing about that ?

I Asked them and :

"Hello,

Have u tried contacting honorbuddy support?

Kind regards,

Mirabis"

if its working then dont worry about support e-mails


your forum account has NOTHING to do with your buddyauth account.

for store content to work you must use the buddyauth account that has your key listed.
 
Yes now i know what account I must use, but i've already migrate the millz & mirabis routines/bot base on the wrong account.. And know when I want to migrate to the good account, Keys doesn't work.. Because i've already used them on the bad account..
 
theres no good thing as a bad or good account.

your buddy auth account that has YOUR keys listed (the ones you use to log into honorbuddy) is the buddyauth account you need to use to log into the store and add products to.

using DIFFERENT accounts wont do anything.
 
Hum, Who can I explained that..
I've 2 email adress, on without a Keys for honorbuddy, and on with nothing just an error .. when i've made the migration for millz & mirabis I've use the account on the buddy store without Keys for HB.. I don't know if you know what i mean..
 
I just need one thing.

Just migrate all routines/bot bases from Millz & Mirabis of the AuthBuddy "Tsum" account to "Tsumigi"..

Tsum : Haven't HB Key, but I've migrate Millz & Mirabis to this account by mistake

Tsumigi : Have HB Key, but can't migrate Millz & Mirabis because I've already use the Key for migration..

I've the Millz & Mirabis order# if needed..
