I'm running Windows 7 with AA/Glyph fully updated, .Net 4.5 installed, DX 11 installed, C++ redist 2013 installed, and full admin rights. Furthermore, my Windows Defender and Firewall are completely disabled and I don't have any other anti virus installed. My auth code is still valid for another 2 days and Archebuddy works perfectly from my Windows 8 PC, but it's not working on this Windows 7 laptop.
When I launch the Updater with admin rights, it opens and accepts my key. The log says:
Time: ArcheBuddy BETA. Version 1.2.1.0
I then open account manager and I have my login, pass, server, language, and game world information stored and I've confirmed that it's all correct. I am not using a SOCK5 proxy either. When I click the account and press the Green Arrow (Run), the log says:
[email protected]: Starting account.
Then, the Account Manager closes and my log automatically goes to an icon in the taskbar. When I mouse over the icon, it disappears and checking task manager processes shows that AB is no longer running.
How can I fix this and why does it only work on my PC? I'd be very willing to give additional details if asked. Thanks so much!
EDIT: I've done a clean reinstall and now the accounts manager log says:
[email protected]: Starting account:
[email protected]: Launch failed.
I'm using a correct authentification key and I don't have AB open on my PC. Can any admin help me out on teamviewer?
EDIT2: After reopening Updater and trying to launch my account about 4 times, account manager crashes AB again.
