Breakneck Profiles by Mord (Alliance)

You are trying to pick up "Venture Company Mining" before turning in "Singing Blue Shards". The mining is dependent on the first turnin. Line ~4158.

Very very nice profile though. I'm going to donate when I can.

Mordd - just a note.. for the quest Proving Your Worth, it requires kililng 3 Skeletal Warder's. Problem is they are inside the buildings/tombs. If i remember right you removed those areas from a previous release (i could be wrong). But I've been running the area for a few hours now and HB says its doing that part of the quest yet its not run itno a single one above ground. I would say that quest should be removed or maybe look at readding the underground spots (if they were removed).

dunno if this is ment to happen but it took me from lvl 1 - 7 questing

from lvl 7 onwards its grinded all the way... so far at lvl 9..

and yes it is set to Questing - Beta

Hear is my feedback from to night run.
I run the Non Human profile on 4 toons.

- I got a problem at lvl 6 up to lvl 8. Problem, toon cant target "Stonetusk Boar". Neutral moob? (1 of 4 toons have this problem)
No more problems funde, toon are at lvl 25 right now. Working nice.

- Dont know if the non human profile can use the class trainer?, right now it's not. Druid, Shaman, Hunter have been traind by hand.

Will post some more feedback in some hours.
 
At lvl 40 one toon, runing on Human profile haveing this problem.
HB want to pick up this Quest: Venture Company Mining, from Crank Fizzlebub in The Salty Sailor Tavern.

Singing Blue Shards is still in the quest book, Completed but not handed in.

Fixt it by handing in the quest by hand. Toon started after that, runing.

Buddy won't move further and keeps running back to loot already looted Basilisks ): I'm stuck

Edit#1:

After restarting HB a few times it had stopped trying to loot the basilisks but it wont finish the quest and now I'm on an eternal death road as it's trying to kill the 42 elite for smott's chest at level 40..

Edit#2:

I have manually done the Basilisk quest and removed myself out of harms way from that beach of death with the giant stomping my head in the ground and it seems to run fine now

At 41 it seemed to be able to handle the 43-44 naga but I don't believe it is supposed to do this quest at this level? I got the reeds though but I believe some classes would have trouble with these

For some odd reason my buddy seems to not want to finish the gathering of the tumbled crystals (2/8) for Hostile Takeover

And again I find myself walking towards the giant while I'm writing this, Okae I'm a paladin but I really can't get this one down, can anyone explain me what I need to edit to the profile to stop doing this quest at this level? I am new at coding and if I knew how I would of done it

STV seems to have some issues I am tracking down. But mainly when HB thinks it has nothing left to do it will do what ever quests are in your book. That is why its trying to do the smotts chest.

Abe thanks for the feedback. I am looking into the boar issue. I already have an override in place so im not sure why its doing that.
 
It had several quests completed which I manually handed in after running away from the giant seems he doesn't like handing them in which I noticed in earlier regions as well, I have deleted the quest and it seems to leave it for now, Thanks.

Edit#1:

No grind or quest hotspots have been defined!
No suitable grind or quest hotspots in STV 41-42.

Getting spammed with it all over

my bot sold the murloc fins, and then tried to hand in the quest "murloc poachers". Stood there for 2 hours, trying to hand in the quest..

should i just add murloc fins to protected items to fix the bug?
 
mordd I am sure this is a HB pathing issue but just to let you know the Marshal Haggard part of The Legend of Stalvan.
He keeps running into the house on the first floor, below the quest chest on the second floor and gets stuck.
I just manual get the item and took it out of your list. he turned it in and got the followup.

overall if it wasn't for the road pathing in duskwood he would be at least a level higher than he is. Your profile is doing great so far.

Hell I didn't even know it was doing this quest chain until this
he must have rode his little ass off ROFL

I had that happen as well. Remove all the questing info (comment it out) in that sub profile to get it to work again. I think it may have something to do with the RunTo tag.
 
Sweet profile!

So far, I too have run into the problem where it tried to pick up "Venture Company Mining" before turning in "Singing Blue Shards". Easy to work around. :)


The problem I'm having now is that it goes to discover Haunted Island, and HB thinks there's nothing else to do, I guess. Log file:

The problem starts at 5:34:43 where she has just completed what looks like a "RunTo". Once she gets to the location, she mills about, and I can't get her to do anything else. May be an HBcore problem, but I'm not experienced enough to know, yet. I've restarted HB a few times, but no joy.


Been using this profile series exclusively since level 20, and running no heirlooms or anything out of the ordinary. Its an arcane mage runing the Mephiles CC, if that makes any difference. She's level 41.09 atm. Profile I'm running is from this thread, and it says "Last edited by Mordd; Yesterday at 12:05." (probably useless localtime) at the bottom.

Thanks again for all your hard work on this fine profile!

Hows it goin Mordd! Anyways, I think there is a bugged area between lvl's 7-9. It will only grind through those lvl's but as soon as I poped lvl 9 it started questing again. But other than that im seeing nothing at all wrong with this profile. Keep up the awesome work and thx!

Ok maybe not cause now after it turned the quest in it went right back to grinding to lvl 10... Will keep you posted...

LOL ok he ding lvl 10 and is back to questing... think my toons on crack... Maybe it only does quest that are green in ur logs?

You will find that depending on your class there will be some grinding needed in some of the profiles.

The very same thing happened to me, it was standing on the northwest little island full of water elementals and spamming that, I think it was trying to do last step of "Panther Mastery" quest serie, get the Bag'thera Fang or smth like that, I just did it manually. I'm 42 now, will keep you update with new bugs :p thanks

Sounds to me like you forgot to set bot to QUESTING mode, is it set to GRIND at this time?

I dont know what to say :)

Hunter spec as BM running on Non Human profile from lvl 10 to 20 with a tank pet, total 0 deaths in a total leveling time on 19h 32min.

Best class IMO for your profile, pally rock as well... Have 5 toons standing at lvl 45 wating for your next part.

my char where tuning in [Worgen in the Woods] when it did only killed 7 of them instead of 12
