Breaking Grift 64

Hello, I'm trying to push my bot higher however I seem to be stuck at 63... playing myself I can clear 70 so I can't understand why the bot keeps getting rekt as soon as I go from, 63 to 64-65... it seems to win every now and again but mostly gets roflstomped.

Does anyone have some suggested settings for invoker thorns or settings in general that could help me better optimize for higher grifts? Thanks! FYI my gems are all 65+, I'm paragon 650 and I have mostly ancients so it should be able to tear through just about anything.

Edit: Just to note it finishes 63 with over 5 minutes left...

Currently I am clearing GR67 with the LoN bombardment build on the bot. I'd probably recommend going that route because 70+ will probably require it. You dont really need specific ancients just make sure that you can get STR, CDR, Vit, and Resist All. If the item has +thorns damage thats just a great bonus.

Those are the settings that I've been working with. Someone else might give better idea what to use as I've just adjusted it on my own through lots of runs. I know this isn't an invoker build but there was an incredible increase in damage when I went from invoker to LoN. Hope this helps a little.

did 65 with invoker sader and 1-2 ancients and rest normal stuff with typical cdr/as values suggested for the build.
the problem actually is that consecration isn't timed right with iron shield and coe phys buff rolling so its a huge damage loss playing with the bot when cons is used with the 100% hp slider in trinity.
toughness should not an issue as it looks with good gear.
if that works, 70+ is easy doable.

the intension of the build itself is, rush through all the trash and nearly oneshot the elite with consecration,which benefits huge from coe.
in this case you should set up your bot to ignore most of the unwanted trash.

No I 100% have a problem with steed at the end of the rift. Im just waiting for an update with that. Its only been an issue since last night for me so I just bot while Im at the computer. Every 5-10 mins I check to make sure its not stuck. It sometimes goes to town perfectly others I find it just lost with steed.

Same problem hope a fix soon , another question men you build with this settings can use bombardment in trash mobs?
Me settings just use bombardment in elite packs no idea why ;(

My thorns crusader is doing around 65 reliably. ~750 para.

Resting without buffs/combat: ~260k thorns, ~2.42 IAS ~140k Toughness. 1.2M Hp. 87% block. ~13,000 STR, ~7000 VIT

Gear is no where near perfect. Some things you want are:

* Thorns affix on every item. Which makes getting well rolled ancients WITH thorns quite hard, sometimes you have to enchant the thorns on. It is possible to get thorns on rings/amulets but you cant enchant it, it has to drop with it on there.

* Ancients, because it makes the thorns amount per item much higher.

* Cube Enchant with Legendary gems. I heard there was a limit where u want to stop VIT and switch to stacking STR but I have no idea what that numbers is.

* Enchant attack speed on everything, rings/amulets/gloves/weapon. Increases your ability to get thorns stacks.

* You don't want any Crit%, CritDmg% or Area damage. Thorns dmg doesn't work with them.

* You might want to try obsidian ring of zodiac or unity instead of Convention of elements in cube.

Trinity Settings

* I have disabled all avoidance on mine at the moment. Uncheck everything on Misc>Avoidance settings. Go to crusader settings and set the health slider for every avoidance affix to 0.

Please show us the setting, My game GR65 GR67 keep getting disconnected.

sorry, nvm. new Trinity 2.14.17 update fixed the disconnected issue.
