Breakeven RMAH vs GAH calculator

Anyone done an excel sheet up where they calculate what the sale price in gold needs to be to equal of better a $250 sale on the RMAH, including fees etc. Basing the calc on gold sale price average last 10 buys on RMAH. Sure one of the excel guru's has :0

about 500 mil - 250$, excluding the 30% cut. so just spend upto 500 mil on an item, sell it for 250 and you save yourself 15%

You just enter the current gold price and the value in gold you plan on selling your item for (on the AH)
it then gives you the value of that gold in US dollars.

B2 = Gold price/mil
C2 = AH sale price before cut

Full equation = (Gold Price Per Mil x (AH sale price x 15% AH fee) x 15% fee for Paypal x 15% fee for commodity) divided by 1 million (since the gold AH sale price is the full value ie 100,000,000 instead of 1)
