brawlers guild rare spawn profile

Does anyone know if there is a profile that will kill the rare spawns in pandaria? I heard that some spawns can drop the brawlers guild invite. I did a search but I couldn't find anything that was just ment for that. I know there is rarekiller but from what i understand that is just a plug in. any info would be appreciated.

You'd be better off just farming herbs/ore or doing a prof or running AHBuddy for a day and earning the 10k gold instead to just buy it off the BMAH than wasting time chasing rares for a chance that they then drop one.
