Necromancer and Patch 2.6 is out and they prepare saison 11 so it's normal that there are a lot of smaller patches atm.
Nothing unusual or to worry about.

I can't finish Bounties, whether I use the hunter, or wizard, or any other career.
I don't know how to upload logs, but you can try any career to go to Bounties. I don't think it's possible
