Bounties bugged?

Was doing bounties all day today. All of a sudden, I tab from my movie to check bot, everything is closed.
Reload, get this message when I try to start up bounties again:

Upon further inspection it seems my plugins folder has been wiped out.

Disregard, reinstalled. working now
