Bounties are fucked?

So I tried running some Bounties today and I'm not sure why but my character seems to just want to more walking and attacking monsters/kind've back track than actually complete the bounty (no this doesnt occur when the bot has to actually kill monsters for a bounty). Before the Adventure merge Bounties were still kinda broken but worked to an extent. Is there any fix or good profile to use out there?

There could be a variety of issues happening.

Unfortunately, just saying that bounties aren't working is not going to help the situation. More specific information is required.

Things like class/build, Trinity version, specific bounties, your adventurer bounty settings, logs, etc.

There was a previous bug where town runs would sometimes reset explored nodes so when you went back into the map it would search every node again. There are also exploration methods that can be overridden by combat and thus force you to chase down a goblin or elite just to have to backtrack to unveil a node.

Combat priorities exist because living enemies too close to an objective can lead to a stuck issue where your bot keeps trying to get an objective but gets hit halfway through every time, endlessly until inactivity timer hits.

There are also bounties that aren't blacklisted because they work most of the time, but still might fail for various reasons.

Certain issues arise like Act 4 Corrupt Growths sometimes cause stuck issues.

Without going into anymore detail, there are known issues... There are also one off things that happen an no one has noticed them or bothered to report them.

For example,. I have found a few "gizmo" issues or other random stuck issues and have reported them with the information from the visualizer in the bot. This gives exact information and thus is easier to understand for a developer.

Again, the more information, the better.

TwoCigars, u buied the bot to start season 9 and have the issues, how can to be ?

I don't know what exactly you're asking. I set my bounties to run overnight and when I get up, I have plenty of materials to use.

If you looked at the massive list of bounties that the bot will play, then take into account all of the classes, all of the builds from each class that someone might use... Then multiply that by the number of objects that the bot will encounter across all of those scenarios... It's a pretty massive amount of work to test every scenario.

Devs rely on users to provide accurate bug reports. Then the scenario can be recreated. Once recreated, the issue can be analysed. After analysis, the bounty can be fixed or blacklisted.

If people can be bothered to provide relative, accurate feedback, you likely wont see your issue fixed.

i using the last version from DB, and the bot stuck always. how can work to you? what profile and plugins are u using?
 
I am using the default settings, default routine. Using a META build that the bot supports on all my bots (LonSader, LTK Monk, InnaRaiment Monk).

The only setting that I have changed are Item Settings and Advanced > TPS Modification set to max [30].


When you say stuck, do you mean it keeps reloading the game over and over? This is due to blacklisted bounties.

Is it stuck in town and not leaving town? If so, try loading another profile and let it run, then switch back to bounties.xml.

You also have configuration options for bounties in the Trinity configuration. They are in the Profiles tab.

Btw, after failing tp, it clears all the map (actually without doing any bounty cause there are no bounties there!) and it leaves the game after 300s for exp inactivity (cause i've set 300).
I ll put some pictures later cause it's very boring. Cannot farm those damned materials ^^

im having the same issues but have now progress to worsen have even reset trinity to default. but now if i got to load the bounties.xml demonbuddy will either freeze or load it and i hit start then it locks up

Yeah same.

I got 20+ of other act bounty rewards. Bot never got one Act V bounty reward. Hope it gets fixed soon. Till then manual Act V :P
 
Got the some problem, not Act bounties, stuck in Greyhollow Island, sometimes its in new tristram jus running around the door going out to where captain Rudford stands.
 
Yeah, act 5 never has worked for me. Ill leave it on for an hour or two and I will have all mats besides 5
 
When a job is not supported in the adventures bot relog on normal difficulty, I can not find the level of difficulty settings, help pliz
 
bot no bounties

My bot ran 7 hours and i was watching, he completed bounties, never went to tyriel to collect, just restarts the game, amazing
