Bought Tuanha CC, can't find it?

Basically last week I purchased Tuanha Hunter cc on the Buddy Store ingame, it says streaming on the buddy store, but I'm not sure how to install it? Like I have LazyRaider but I can't find where i'd install Tuanha Hunter Ultimate.
I can't find the profile anywhere in my Honorbuddy folder.

Is there no zip file or URL where I can download this after it was purchased? cheers

items from the store are streamed, When you start HB you should get the option to choose between Singular or Tuanha Combat routine, you choose which one you want to load. If it doesn't try logging into auth server and enable it

Yeah that's the main issue, it doesn't give me a choice between singular or tuanha, just goes to singular as default. And there's no tuanha folder in my honorbuddy. I've looked on the buddy store and it's set on green so it's enabled! Not sure what to do, thanks

Due to the ongoing tripwire the buddystore products are not streamed

simply wait until they say they stoped tripwire, then it shour appear a window which requests you to select a routine once you start your buddy with a class you're another CR for than only singular!

this was happening before the tripwire, I was not getting a window to choose my routine, just decided to get it sorted while HB is down and see if there's anyone else having the same issue with the routine not showing up even though it was being streamed

Did you check to see if it was activated on buddy store?check your purchases and make sure its not disabled .

Yeah it's definetly activated, it says

TuanHA Hunter - The Ultimate Experience tuanha Honorbuddy > Routines > Hunter Paid €19.99 1/13/2016 3:57:01 PM and where it says Disable, the colour is Green and enabled

I'd delete the HB cache or do a fresh install when it comes up.

Are you using the buddy key linked in the same auth with your store account?
