bought trial todays patch can i be refunded time or new key?

todays patch makes HB not work can i get time added or new key
 
we will extend keys once the updates are ready
 
ok well my key is expired and i havent used it since purchasing... can you please extend for new patch? i can PM/skype the auth code.
