Bought trial demonbuddy crashed max sessions help plz...

Ok so i bought this 3 day trial that didnt say shit about it being a max sessions...?? which is kinda fail message in the buying thing couse it dosent say only after you buy it!!!

but ok its fine but...my thing keept crashing so those things ran out and now i wasted my money?? ... is there anyway i could get a money refund or a new key?

May I also suggest something, aside from logs that are always required when requesting support. Go to buddyauth.com log in, click "Sessions" and find your 3 day key. Tick the checkbox to the left, and click "Kill". (It just kills the active session, not your key, regardless of which key you buy) Then attempt to relog into DB after loading your game. As far as your crashing issues, what Tony said above. Gotta have logs so people can help.
