Bought tank leader, no key?

Hey, I bought tank leader, and I have the receipt.

It's been 1+ hour and I still haven't gotten a code.

Thanks, I sent a email 5 hours ago, someone responded and no response since. Come on -_-.
I provided proof, and the guy just left in the middle of helping me.

I understand, but when you're expecting to use it over night because It said it was instant. I've sent all the proof I can multiple times to 2 different people, and I've waited 20 hours to receive it.
 
This is getting RIDICULOUS. I don't understand why you guys can't just send me my code. Wtf.
 
be patient as i told you,if there is a problem that we must check it with payment portal you have to wait since its weekend
 
Make sure to check your spam folder as well. As my code was in my spam folder in my email I had to safelist tankleader. You should also be able to make up a account on buddyauth and your key should be in there.
 
It was friday yesterday, and I waited the whole day to get it. I mean come on. I provided every detail and proof I can, I even got a hwid code that's not working and was told it was being transferred to my real email, which he didn't do.

i'm receiving half of what I'm supposed to customer-service wise. >>perform a task>>only give 50 Percent of what's supposed to be done, then leave.

There was no problem clearing the payment and taking my money, so i don't see how there is a problem on me obtaining the hwid I purchased a day ago....
 
I dont know I purchased the one day pass to check it out. And then I purchased the lifetime pass. Both keys arrived in my email instantly so im not sure if there is something wrong with their systems right now or what. All I can say is to either wait or get msn and talk to them directly.

Our payment processor is closed during weekends, so we can't really phone them to see what's up. We'll make sure you have your key as soon as possible, most likely on monday though. Sorry for the inconvenience.
 
Seriously? I have the key and all I can PM you it.......... You don't need to even see the payment because the key is accessible but its under a different email/doesn't work.

Can't you just hook me up with a key? Nowhere did it say it will take this long to process/to be helped. This is absurd.
 
The fact that I reported this issue on a Business day (yesterday) and nothing was done is just bs. I understand it's the weekend but I reported this on a weekday. Only reason why It escalated to the weekend is because you guys did nothing to help me yesterday when i reported it.

so you have sent the first email around 01:30 (after midnight) and we replied within less than an hour asking you for the payment info

there was no working day so we could check it with payment portal


btw,we are talking about a user issue since you used wrong email on purchase

so,can you see now why you have to be patient?

I purchased it with a @yahoo.com email. It said whatever you purchased it with, that's the email you will use, Which I did.

I did typo the email. But I don't understand why you can just migrate that HWID to a different @ email.

Sent you a message about the ticket that was 50% complete.... Maybe you can try to help me with it?

They cant migrate it to another email as their payment center is not open on weekends. I guess you could always do a charge back if you use paypal and then pay for it again. And this time actually put in the right email. Would that be a good idea to the mods? Just refund his payment on monday but right now have him pay again with the right email?
 
Another guy offered to migrate the account and then never did. So if he offered it, and showed me my hwid, I'm pretty sure it can be done.
