this was my main account, all my actual gold farmers are still botting as we speak. seems like they had me tagged and was waiting for me to buy expansion.
i used the lvl boost on a lvl 60 to get 2 free profession boosts logged in, ran to gbank and got disconnected. perm banned. appealing now though.

You wish its so easy.

Usually you need to load plenty of reports on your account to trigger autoban. The manual bans are usually in severe violations, or after having manual check from unknown-to-us criterias.

not to sound harsh. but are you kidding me ? Rep Grind, all kind of grind. will get you banned asap! ppl will see you running like a robot. they will report you. you will get banned. as long as the bot looks like a robot. you will get banned. Same goes for Gathering.

Questing will also get you banned, cause it ill try to take a Quest from a dude more times, keep talking to the npc. blizz or other player will see this.

Only thing i use BOT to so far is milling and prospecting.

all the other bots are dieing. Bots are dieing for sure!

First, I never leave my bot unattended.
Second, I only bot for a couple hours out of the day.
Third, I always make sure everything is up to date (profiles, plugins, etc).
Fourth, I actually take some time to PLAY my toon. I do normal stuff my characters as well as bot.

Three characters are 90 in only a couple of months thanks to Kick's profiles, all have max tradeskills, and I've never had an issue.

So that's how I bot "safely", questing and all.

Now take your pessimism elsewhere.
