bought my one day trial 30 minutes ago, can't log in

I just bought my trial a few minutes ago, I logged in, sort of screwed up and didnt load a profile properly so tried to relog, now it says "logging in"
"max sessions"
authentication failed.

Havent even used the product yet, please help.

and also make sure that there isnt a "ghost" Hb already running on your machine
check your task manager
