Bought Key only to find Bot Not Ready

So I have not been keeping up on D3 at all. I didn't realize season 13 or whatever was just out. I launched the game on a whim after 18 months and decided I wanted to try DB again too. Purchased a week of play, and log in and find a PID issue. Go to the forums and discover this bot does not work right now (Very reasonable, im patient). What is not reasonable is that there was no indication upon purchase of the working status of the bot - i had to find this out. This leads to many people making these threads and our overworked mods having to deal with it.

Id like an extension on my key that starts on the date when the bot is working.

Hmm, I feel sorry for You guys\girls. Have the most, thank God, the key ends through 2 days. Only time will tell.

you have 3 options

1)we can switch your key to another of our bots

2)you can wait till DB gets updated since your key will get extended you wont lose any of your days

3)you can request a refund via an email [email protected] (in case you have bought your key the last 7 days)
